Lexipharma is pleased to announce the opening of 'LEXIResearch', a first-of-its-kind Research Centre in India dedicated to extensive pharmaceutical and nutraceutical law research. This Centre boasts an unparalleled database of notifications, circulars, and guidelines issued by CDSCO, NPPA, DoP, DMA, LMA, FSSAI, and other regulatory bodies. It also houses a case law library covering various aspects of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, Medical Devices 2017, New Drugs and Clinical Trials 2019, Cosmetics Rules 2020, Food Safety and Standards Act 2006, and other related laws.
The strength of the Research Centre lies in the expertise of its dynamic legal team, which consists of 12 young, tech-savvy, competent, and brilliant lawyers. A specially trained research team utilizes the Lexipharma in-house Database and various online law portals to drive the research. In addition, an advisory board of 'LEXIResearch' has knowledge back up of senior and noted professionals consisting of drug controllers who have served at Central and State levels, Pharmacy and Clinical Experts, and noted Criminal and Constitutional law experts, to advise the research centre in critical and complex legal issues.
